  • We estimate the first set of lots to be available as early as Summer of 2025.

  • Yes. However, the initial launch of the project may be restricted to quarter acre lots. Full acre and half acre will be available thereafter.

  • Yes. Payment plans will be available for a single lot.

  • We are working to keep the homes as affordable as possible therefore all homebuilders will need to be vetted through the Alhambra Development Group.


  • Yes, We will have options in our Homestead/Estate subdivision builds, however there is a 2 acre minimum requirement.

  • Yes, the purchase of multiple acres is permitted. Please Note: Every lot must have a structure built on it, unless you plan to buy in our Homestead/Estate subdivision.
