When will lots be available?

We are currently under contract with our first lot and conducting the environmentals. We project lots to be available as early as Summer of 2025.

Will we be able to purchase full acre lots?

Yes. However, for the launch of the first lot only quarter acre lots are available due to the building plans.

Will there be payment plans available for a lot purchase?

Yes. As long as you are purchasing a single lot (not multiple) payment plans will be available.

When will the next presentation be?

Our next presentation will occur Saturday February 15th pending requests. If you are interested please visit our site for updates.

Can I use my own builder?

We are working to keep the homes as affordable as possible therefore all homes will be built through the Alhambra Development Group.

Is there an option available for persons who want to live on more than 2 acres?

Yes, For those who do not want neighbors or plan to have livestock, etc, we have our Homestead/Estate subdivision.

Can I purchase multiple acres?

Yes, if you want to buy multiple acres to deed to a relative or loved one, you are permitted to do so. Please Note: Every lot must have a structure built, unless you are buying in our custom Homestead/Estate subdivision.
