The location of the property for the initial launch and expansion, is in South Carolina. The property is 94 acres total and is bordered by a large pond (that the locals use for fishing). We are currently conducting environmental testing.

Quarter acre lots will be available for sale this summer (2025). Full acre and half acre lots will be available next phase.
